Bell Lake Road

The Bell Lake Road project  is on Federal Land which is located 15 miles north and 4 miles east of Sentinel Butte in northern Golden Valley County in Southwestern North Dakota. Bell Lake Road is commonly traveled by tourists that are headed to the Elkhorn Ranch, which is one of the areas in which President Theodore Roosevelt resided at during his time spent in North Dakota. Norther Plains Engineering was hired by Golden Valley County to complete the planning, environmental, design, right-of-way and construction services related to the project. The newly updated road will improve safety for travelers and will also help to keep the road open to travelers year round.
